Warner Bros. Discovery Discloses $2.61 Billion Cash Tender Offer for Note

02:50 PM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Thursday its units Warner Media, Discovery Communications, and WarnerMedia Holdings will purchase $2.61 billion of outstanding notes in a cash tender offer.

The offer covers 12 different series of notes ranging between one to 11 priority levels and includes an early tender premium of $30 per $1,000 principal of notes tendered before 5 p.m. ET Wednesday.

The company said the tender offer will expire on June 7.
