Warner Bros. Discovery Names John Malone Chair Emeritus

08:42 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Friday that board member John Malone will not stand for re-election to the board and will transition to the chair emeritus role.

The company also said it plans to nominate Anton Levy for election at the annual shareholders meeting.

The board will continue to be comprised of 13 directors, it added.
