Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.21 per share.

Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $9.96 billion, down from $10.70 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $10.22 billion.

Shares of the company were down 6% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
