06:57 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) shareholders rejected the 2024 compensation package for its named executive officers, according to a Tuesday filing from the company.

The majority of Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) shareholders voted against the pay package at the company's Monday annual meeting, the filing showed. According to Reuters, Warner Bros.' board had recommended that shareholders approve the compensation plan.
