Warner Bros. Discovery Units Launch Tender Offer to Buy Up to $1.75 Billion of Notes

10:40 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Thursday its units Warner Media, or WML, Discovery Communications, or DCL, and WarnerMedia Holdings, or WMH, have launched a cash tender offer to buy up to $1.75 billion of several outstanding notes.

The outstanding notes are the 3.9% notes due 2024 issued by DCL, the 3.9% notes due 2024 issued by Scripps Networks Interactive, the 4% notes due 2055 issued by DCL, the 4.65% notes due 2050 issued by DCL, the 4.95% notes due 2042 issued by DCL, the 4.875% notes due 2043 issued by DCL, the 5.2% notes due 2047 issued by DCL, the 5.3% notes due 2049 issued by DCL, the 4.65% global notes due 2044 issued by WML, the 4.85% global notes due 2045 issued by WML, the 4.9% global notes due 2042 issued by WML, the 5.35% global notes due 2043 issued by WML and the 5.05% notes due 2042 issued by WMH.

The tender offer will expire June 7.
