07:00 AM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) said Tuesday its units Warner Media, Discovery Communications, and WarnerMedia Holdings have upsized a cash tender offer to buy up to $2.5 billion of several outstanding notes, from up to $1.75 billion previously.

The tender offer's expiration date is still on June 7.
