08:21 AM EDT, 05/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) on Thursday said it upsized a previously announced debt offerings to about $2.615 billion from a previous $2.5 billion as of Wednesday.

It also updated progress on the sales of various debt, which vary in pricing from 3.900% senior notes due this year to 5.300% due 2039.
