Warner Music Group Adds 150 Job Cuts to Ongoing Restructuring Plan

07:14 AM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Music Group ( WMG ) said in a Thursday filing that it now expects 750 layoffs as part of the restructuring plan it announced in February, increasing the job cuts by 150.

The workforce reduction represents about 13% of the company's headcount, according to the statement. Warner Music Group ( WMG ) also said it now expects about $260 million in pre-tax cost savings from the restructuring plan, up from the previous $200 million estimate.
