02:54 PM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Warner Music Group ( WMG ) is likely to record over 10% in subscription revenue growth during its fiscal Q4, but the trend is likely to decelerate in fiscal 2025 due to some price increases, UBS said in an earnings preview emailed Thursday.
Despite the deceleration, UBS said it expected subscription revenue growth to remain "solid" at high single digits in the coming quarters.
The firm lowered its fiscal Q4 earnings estimate to $0.29 per share from $0.33 previously, while "largely maintaining" its revenue forecast of $1.57 billion.
UBS also said it estimated that Warner Music ( WMG ) improved its global stream share to 18% in the fiscal quarter, up from 17% in the previous quarter, and 15% a year ago.
The firm maintained itsbuy rating for Warner Music ( WMG ) with a price target of $43.
