Washington Trust Bancorp Prices $61.8 Million Public Offering

05:58 AM EST, 12/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Washington Trust Bancorp ( WASH ) said late Thursday it has priced an upsized public offering of about 1.9 million shares at $34 per share.

The underwriter has been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 286,764 additional shares.

Proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Dec. 16, are estimated to be about $61.8 million.
