Waste Connections Announces Senior Notes Offering

09:29 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Connections ( WCN ) on Wednesday said it plans to offer senior notes in an underwritten public offering. Proceeds will be used to repay part of the borrowings under its revolving credit facility, a statement added. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the company.
