11:33 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Connections ( WCN ) said Tuesday it plans a Canadian dollar-denominated senior notes offering.

The solid waste services company intends to offer the notes in an underwritten public offering in the US and by way of private placement in Canada, it said.

Waste Connections ( WCN ) said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay part of the Canadian dollar-denominated borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
