Waste Connections Prices $500 Million Offering of Notes

04:56 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Connections ( WCN ) said late Wednesday that it priced a public offering of $500 million of 5.25% senior notes due 2035.

The offering is expected to close on June 4, and net proceeds will be used to repay a portion of borrowings outstanding under a revolving credit facility, the company said.
