Waste Management Q1 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rise

05:32 PM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waste Management (WM) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $1.67 per diluted share, down from $1.75 a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.59.

Revenue for the quarter ended March was $6.02 billion, up from $5.16 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $6.11 billion.

Shares were down about 2% in after-hours trading.
