01:47 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WaterBridge Infrastructure ( WBI ) shares rose 18% in recent Wednesday trading during their New York Stock Exchange debut, paring earlier gains.

The stock opened at $25 before trading at $23.58 after midday. The company priced its upsized initial public offering of 31.7 million shares at $20 apiece, raising $588 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 4.8 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close Thursday.
