06:33 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waters (WAT) proposed acquisition of Becton, Dickinson and Company's ( BDX ) biosciences and diagnostic services operations has received the European Commission's approval, the regulator said Monday.

The transaction would "not raise competition concerns" as the two companies are not active in the same or vertically related industries, the Commission said.
