10:42 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waton Financial ( WTF ) said it is exploring a joint venture with Panda AI to advance artificial intelligence agent technologies in financial services.

Waton said it plans to integrate Panda AI's capabilities into its DePearl platform to accelerate development of AI-driven securities trading tools and expand the use of automated trading strategies among institutional and retail clients.

Waton said a joint venture with Panda AI would build on their collaboration on a global competition for AI agents in securities trading.

Shares of Waton were up more than 39% in recent trading Monday.
