10:27 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Watts Water Technologies ( WTS ) acquired I-CON Systems, a plumbing control solutions provider with annualized sales of $25 million, for an undisclosed price.

The acquisition of Oviedo Florida-based I-CON, which focuses on the correctional market, was made with cash on hand, Watts said Monday in a statement.
