Wave Life Sciences Discloses Planned Offering of Shares, Warrants

04:17 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wave Life Sciences ( WVE ) said Tuesday it has started an underwritten public offering of $175 million of shares and pre-funded warrants to buy shares.

Underwriters will be given a 30-day option to buy an additional 15% of the amount of shares and shares underlying warrants sold in the offering, the company said.

The offering is subject to market conditions and completion date and size or terms were not disclosed.

Price: 7.80, Change: -0.39, Percent Change: -4.75
