Wayfair Prices $700 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

03:45 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wayfair ( W ) said Tuesday its Wayfair LLC subsidiary has priced a private offering of $700 million of 7.750% senior secured notes due 2030.

Proceeds from the offering, expected to close on Thursday, will be used to repurchase about $580 million of its 1% convertible senior notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes, including repurchasing or repaying existing debt.

The company said it also plans to enter an amended credit agreement to establish a new $500 million credit facility maturing in 2030.
