Waystar Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

04:02 AM EDT, 07/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waystar Holding ( WAY ) reported late Wednesday Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.26 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.34.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $270.7 million, up from $234.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $259.5 million.

The company now expects fiscal year 2025 adjusted earnings of $1.36 to $1.40 per share and revenue of $1.03 billion to $1.04 billion, compared with previous guidance of $1.31 to $1.34 earnings per share and revenue of $1.01 billion to $1.02 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $1.37 per share and revenue of $1.03 billion.
