09:17 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Waystar ( WAY ) said Thursday that a secondary offering of 18 million common shares by certain funds of EQT, Bain Capital, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and their affiliates was priced at $39.40 apiece.

Waystar ( WAY ) is not selling stock and will not receive any sale proceeds, it said.

The offering will likely close around Friday, Waystar ( WAY ) added.
