WD-40 Reshuffles Management to Support Long-term Strategic Priorities

04:37 PM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WD-40 ( WDFC ) said late Thursday it named Patricia Olsem as chief strategy and innovation officer and Claudia Fenske as chief brand and marketing officer, effective Q1 fiscal 2027.

Olsem was most recently the president of the company's Americas division, while Fenske was the vice president of global brand and innovation, according to the company.

Chief financial officer Sara Hyzer will succeed Olsem as president of the Americas business. She will continue to serve in her current role until a new CFO is appointed, the company said.

Nicholas Giordano was also named as chief accounting officer, the company added.

The restructuring is expected to support long-term strategic priorities and continued growth of the company, according to a statement.
