Weatherford Expands Credit Facility to $1 Billion

04:49 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Weatherford International ( WFRD ) said late Thursday that it has increased its credit facility by $280 million to $1 billion, including

a $600 million revolver tranche.

The company said its liquidity now stands at $1.5 billion, raising its financial flexibility and supporting its strategic initiatives.
