10:19 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Weatherford International ( WFRD ) said Tuesday it is acquiring Datagration Solutions, a provider of unified data integration, analytics, and machine learning.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen Weatherford's digital solutions for production and asset optimization, the company said.

Shares of Weatherford were down 6.1% in recent Tuesday trading.
