05:00 PM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Weatherford International ( WFRD ) reported Q3 earnings late Tuesday of $1.12 per diluted share, down from $2.06 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.17.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $1.23 billion, down from $1.41 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.18 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.25 per share, payable on Dec. 4 to shareholders of record on Nov. 6.

The company said it remains on track to meet its full-year 2025 guidance, while noting that industry activity is expected to stay muted in H1 2026 before improving over the medium to long term.

Shares of Weatherford International ( WFRD ) were down nearly 3% in after-hours trading.
