08:51 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Weatherford International ( WFRD ) said Thursday its existing drilling services contract with Bapco Upstream, a Bapco Energies subsidiary, will be replaced with a new five-year contract.

The new contract includes all of Weatherford's drilling services and its well construction optimization platform Centro for operation data, the company said.

Financial details of the contract were not provided.
