Webster Financial CFO Glenn MacInnes to Retire

05:11 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Webster Financial ( WBS ) said Monday that Glenn MacInnes plans to retire as chief financial officer.

The company said MacInnes will continue to serve as CFO until the board appoints a successor and then serve in an advisory role for a smooth transition.
