Webtoon Entertainment Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; Q2 Outlook Set; Shares Drop

04:18 PM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Webtoon Entertainment ( WBTN ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.03 per diluted share, down from $0.20 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $325.7 million, down from $326.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $324.3 million.

For Q2, the company expects revenue in the range of $335 million to $345 million. Analysts are looking for $336.3 million.

Shares were down more than 6% in recent after-hours activity.
