Webull to Consolidate Webull Pay; Plans to Relaunch Crypto Trading in US

09:49 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Webull ( BULL ) shares rose more than 1% in premarket Thursday trading after the company it will integrate Webull Pay back into the Webull ( BULL ) group as it aims to reintroduce crypto trading following launch in Brazil.

Additionally, the company said it expected to make crypto trading available in US, through the Webull ( BULL ) app, during Q3.

The consolidation is structured as a business combination that will result in the parent company of Webull Pay becoming a subsidiary of Webull Corporation ( BULL ), the company said.
