11:23 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WELL Health Technologies ( WHTCF ) shareholder Ms. Chau Hoi Shuen Solina Holly on Tuesday reported an indirect purchase of 18.67-million shares in the company for US$60.2 million.

Following the purchase, the acquirer increased its stake in WELL Health ( WHTCF ) to 14.53% from 7%.

The company said the shares were acquired for investment purposes.

WELL Health's ( WHTCF ) shares were last seen down $0.125 to $4.405 in the Toronto Stock Exchange.
