01:34 PM EDT, 10/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Wellchange Holdings ( WCT ) said Thursday it closed its initial public offering of 2 million ordinary shares at $4 apiece, including 900,000 shares offered by a shareholder, for gross proceeds of $4.4 million.

The Hong Kong-based enterprise software solution services provider debuted on Nasdaq Wednesday.

Wellchange ( WCT ) shares were down more than 4% in recent trading.
