Wellgistics Health Names Tony Madsen COO

10:20 AM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wellgistics Health ( WGRX ) said Wednesday that it appointed Tony Madsen as chief operating officer.

Since 2020, Madsen served as managing partner at Nomad Capital.

The company also appointed Shelley Bailey as chief revenue officer and Srini Kalla as chief information officer.

Bailey was previously the company's chief strategy officer. Kalla, before joining the company, worked at Optum Workers' Comp and Auto No-Fault.

Further, the company named Michael Peterson to its board.
