05:42 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Wells Fargo ( WFC ) said late Thursday that the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's 2015 agreements tied to the company's previously held financial units have terminated.

This marks the 13th consent order closed by the lender's regulators since 2019 and the seventh since the start of the year, it said.

Wells Fargo ( WFC ) said its remaining consent order is the 2018 order with the Federal Reserve.
