08:03 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Welltower ( WELL ) said Thursday that it has named its chief financial officer, Tim McHugh, as co-president. He will remain CFO, the company added.

Nikhil Chaudhri has been named co-president and chief investment officer, after previously serving as executive vice president and investment chief, the company said.

Welltower ( WELL ) said it has added vice chairman role to its chief operating officer, John Burkart. He previously served as executive vice president and COO.

Welltower ( WELL ) also named Matthew McQueen as chief legal officer, following his previous roles as executive vice president and general counsel.

Shares of the company were up 1.2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
