Welltower Raises $1.04 Billion From Exchangeable Senior Notes Placement

04:27 PM EDT, 07/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Welltower ( WELL ) said Thursday it closed a $1.04 billion private placement of 3.125% exchangeable senior notes due 2029.

The placement includes full exercise of the initial purchasers' option to buy additional notes, according to the company.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and investment, Welltower ( WELL ) added.
