04:54 PM EST, 02/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Werewolf Therapeutics ( HOWL ) said Friday in a regulatory filing that its board has approved a reduction of 64% of the company's workforce to decrease operating expenses.
The company said it expects to record a one-time charge in Q1 2026 related to employee separation benefits of about $4.1 million.
Werewolf also said that chief financial officer Timothy Trost and chief medical officer Randi Isaacs have resigned from their roles and are entering into consulting agreements with the company, under which they will help with the transition of their responsibilities.
Werewolf shares were down 5.1% in recent after-hours activity.
