WeRide Inc. ( WRD ) on Monday reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 results, highlighting strong revenue growth and continued global expansion in autonomous mobility.

Total revenue rose significantly by 123.0% year over year (Y/Y) at 314 million Chinese yuan ($44.9 million).

Gross profit surged to 89.5 million yuan ($12.8 million) from 51.4 million yuan a year ago quarter, with gross margin contracting to 28.5% from 36.5% in the prior year quarter.

In USD, loss per ADS came in at 24 cents versus 33 cents in the prior year quarter.

As of Dec. 31, 2025, WeRide ( WRD ) held 6.97 billion yuan ($996.4 million) in cash, cash equivalents, and time deposits.

The board approved a $100 million share buyback of Class A shares (including ADSs) over 12 months, subject to shareholder approval.

Segment Performance

Product revenue jumped 308.9% Y/Y to 211.4 million yuan ($30.2 million), driven by higher revenue from robotaxi and robobus sales.

Also, Service revenue grew 15.2% Y/Y to 102.6 million yuan ($14.7 million), aided by growth in intelligent data services and autonomous driving operational and technical support.

Robotaxi revenue escalated 66.4% Y/Y to 50.6 million yuan ($7.2 million) in the quarter.

In China, our registered users have grown quarter over quarter significantly throughout 2025, demonstrating increasing public acceptance of our services.”

“Internationally, we are rolling out a citywide fully driverless robotaxi service in Abu Dhabi, marking a major step toward integrating autonomous transportation into everyday urban mobility.
