WeRide Files for Dual Listing on Hong Kong Stock Exchange

08:01 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WeRide ( WRD ) said Monday it has applied for the dual listing of its class A ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The application includes a Hong Kong initial public offering, the company said in a regulatory filing.
