05:56 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WeRide ( WRD ) said Tuesday that it has partnered with Shenzhen Bus Group to launch the southern Chinese city's first fully driverless robo-bus public transport line in the Luohu central business district.

The B888 line, the city's first autonomous bus line, runs between Luohu Port and MixC Market, with each ride lasting 30 to 35 minutes, the company said.

The bus line is part of the city's Shenzhen's plan for developing intelligent connected vehicles, the company said.
