Werner Enterprises Board Approves $5 Million Share Repurchase Program; Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.14 a Share

04:47 PM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Werner Enterprises ( WERN ) said Wednesday its board approved a new $5 million stock repurchase program.

The board also withdrew its previous stock repurchase authorization, which had about 1.6 million shares available, according to the company.

Werner Enterprises ( WERN ) board kept its quarterly cash dividend at $0.14 per share, payable July 17 to shareholders of record on July 1.
