West Fraser Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

08:31 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- West Fraser Timber (WFG.TO) on Thursday said the Toronto Stock Exchange approved the renewal of the company's normal course issuer bid (NCIB).

West Fraser may buy back up to 3.9 million shares for a year beginning on March.

Under its current NCIB, which expires on Feb. 28, West Fraser has bought back 2.1 million shares at a volume weighted-average price of US$81.14 each.

The company's shares were last seen down US$0.31, to US$78.22, in New York trading.
