11:18 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Westbridge Renewable Energy Corp. ( WEGYF ) on Monday said the TSX Venture Exchange has approved Westbridge's renewable of a normal course issuer bid program.

A maximum of 4.96 million shares may be purchased under the NCIB, approximately 5% of its issued and outstanding shares.

The NCIB commences on March 21,and will terminate on March 20 next year.
