Western Alliance Reports $300 Million Share Repurchase Program

04:19 PM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Alliance Bancorporation (WAL) said late Friday that its board has authorized a repurchase of up to $300 million of its shares.

The company said there is no expiration date for the repurchase program.
