Western Digital to Redeem $1.8 Billion of 2026 Notes

05:34 PM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Digital ( WDC ) said late Thursday it will redeem $1.8 billion of its 4.750% senior notes due 2026 at par of the principal amount on April 14.

The company said $500 million of the notes will remain outstanding after completion of the redemption.
