Western Energy Names Gavin Lane as Interim CEO

08:22 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Energy Services ( WEEEF ) on Thursday appointed Chief Financial Officer Gavin Lane as interim chief executive.

Alex R.N. MacAusland is retiring as president, CEO and director. The board plans to initiate a search to identify a permanent replacement for MacAusland.

Chantel Calancia will serve as the company's interim CFO during Lane's term as interim CEO.
