( WSTRF ) overnight Wednesday entered into an engagement agreement in connection with a bought deal private placement financing of 5,555,556 units at a price of C$0.90 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $5 million. It said each unit to be placed in the offering will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable for one common share of the company at a price of $1.20 per share, for a period of four years and a half.
