08:05 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Uranium & Vanadium ( WSTRF ) , down near 14% Thursday, overnight said it increased the size of its previously announced offering from $5 million to $5.9 million.

The offering will now consist of the issuance of 6.6-million units at $0.90 apiece.

Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable for a share for $1.20, for a period of four years and a half from the date of issuance.

Shares of the company closed down $0.14 to $0.89 Thursday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
