10:35 AM EDT, 10/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westlake Chemical Partners ( WLKP ) said Thursday that Westlake Chemical OpCo and Westlake Corporation ( WLK ) agreed to renew the Ethylene Sales Agreement between the parties through Dec. 31, 2027.

The renewal will facilitate continued offtake on "attractive" terms for 95% of the ethylene produced by OpCo, the firm said.

Westlake Chemical Partners ( WLKP ) is a limited partnership formed by Westlake Corporation ( WLK ) to operate, acquire and develop ethylene production facilities and other assets. The partnership owns a 22.8% interest in Westlake Chemical OpCo.
