11:38 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Westlake (WLK) said Tuesday it has launched an underwritten public offering of senior unsecured notes and a concurrent cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 3.60% senior notes due 2026.

The company said net proceeds from the notes sale will be used to fund the tender offer, with any remaining proceeds allocated toward its pending acquisition of the global compounding solutions businesses of the ACI/Perplastic Group and for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

The tender offer will expire at 5 p.m. New York City time on Nov. 10, unless extended or terminated, Westlake said.

The notes offering is not contingent upon the completion of the tender offer or the ACI acquisition, according to a statement.

Shares of Westlake fell 1.1% in recent Tuesday trading.
